These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a binding contract between you and Bikes & Bids, LLC (“Bikes & Bids,” “we” and “us”). Your use of the Services in any way means that you agree to all of these Terms, and these Terms will remain in effect while you use the Services. These Terms include the provisions in this document as well as those in the Privacy Policy.
Connecting Motorcycles Sellers and Bidders
Bikes & Bids connects those offering bikes for sale (“Sellers”) and those looking to acquire bikes (“Bidders”). The Services act as a meeting place only; the actual contract for sale for each Motorcycle listed on the Services is directly between the Seller and the winning Bidder.
When we use the word “you” in these Terms, it refers to any user, regardless of whether they are a Seller, Bidder, or other registered or unregistered user. When we use those specific terms, they apply only to that category of user.
Will these Terms ever change?
We are constantly improving our Services, so these Terms may need to change accordingly. We reserve the right to change the Terms at any time, but if we do, we will place a notice on our site, send you an email, and/or notify you by other means.
If you don’t agree with the new Terms, you are free to reject them—unfortunately, that means you will no longer be able to use the Services. If you use the Services after a change to the Terms is effective, that means you agree to all the changes.
Except for changes by us as described here, no other amendment or modification of these Terms will be effective unless in writing and signed by both you and us.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) requires online service providers to obtain parental consent before knowingly collecting personally identifiable information from children under thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect such information. If you are under thirteen, do not attempt to register or send any personal information. If we discover we have collected information from a child under thirteen, we will delete it as quickly as possible. Please contact us at legal@Bikes&Bids.com if you believe this has occurred.
What are the basics of using Bikes & Bids?
You may need to sign up for an account and provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You may not use someone else’s name or impersonate another individual. You cannot transfer your account without our written permission.
You confirm that you are of legal age (or have parental/guardian consent). If representing an organization, you warrant that you are authorized to bind them to these Terms.
You may only use the Services for personal use and not on behalf of third parties. You must comply with all applicable laws. If your use of the Services violates any laws, you are not authorized to use them.
Do not share your Bikes & Bids credentials with anyone. You are responsible for any activity associated with your account.
